How quickly can you install our vending machine?
Once your site has been approved and is ready, most installations can be completed within approximately seven business days. Timing depends on the equipment, site access and any preparation required. We’ll confirm the schedule with you before delivery.
What power supply and installation access will we need?
You’ll need a suitable powered location and enough room to use and service the equipment. We’ll check the machine’s electrical requirements, ventilation clearance and delivery route, including doors, lifts and any steps, before installation. The PV comparison above shows cabinet sizes.
Can we switch from our current vending provider?
Yes. Tell us about your current setup and what you’d like to improve. We can assess the site and discuss a changeover, taking account of your existing agreement, equipment removal and access arrangements.
Which payment methods can people use?
Our vending machines support card and mobile payments, including credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We’ll confirm the payment options and any applicable transaction charges for the equipment proposed for your site.
