Our History
Founder’s Background
Qualityvend was founded in November 2012 by Robbie Allison, who kicked off his vending career at just 19 years old with Coca-Cola (CCA). From there, he rose through the ranks into senior management at NatVEND, then Australia’s largest independent vending company, where he developed a reputation for operational excellence and creative customer solutions.
Robbie’s mission was clear from the start: build a vending business that didn’t just follow trends, set them. That vision gave birth to Qualityvend.
Since day one, we’ve been relentless in our innovation, whether it’s in the way we stock our machines, the technology we use, or how we serve our customers. But what truly sets us apart? Our management crew. Because it’s no good having all the data in the world if you don’t have passionate people leading the charge. At QV, our leadership team drives the culture, the energy, and the commitment that make us different.
And that difference hasn’t gone unnoticed. In October 2016, Robbie became the only Australian vending operator ever to be featured on the front cover ofVending Times in New York, a proud moment that symbolised our bold approach on the global stage.
